To all those affected by the February 6, 2023 earthquake in southern Turkey,
we extend our deepest sympathies.
We have received many messages of concern and condolences from our customers regarding this earthquake. While our factory in Istanbul did not suffer direct major damage, the homes and relatives of our local staff have been affected.
We in Japan are also reaching out to our colleagues there to see what we can do to help. The Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Japan has started accepting donations in Japanese yen. Information is available on the Embassy’s official website and official Twitter account.
